Seedling Art Space was conceived in 2006 and commenced exhibitions in 2008.

Seedling Art Space is a not-for-profit organisation based in the Adelaide foothills. With the agreement of the Department of Environment and Heritage and under the supervision of the Mount Lofty Region National Parks, Seedling Art Space is reviving the former experimental orchard office building to create a community-based contemporary art space.

Staffed exhibition openings are on the FIRST Sunday of every month, with wine from our organic sponsor Temple Bruer. Openings feature LIVE music from local performers and artists. All are welcome. Bring your family and dogs and take a walk in Backwood Forest Recreation Park.

The gallery is open weekends during each Exhibition, opening hours vary seasonally.
